Ben Horden organ

From virtuosic orchestral transcriptions to works from the organ repertory’s most recognised contributors as well as its wild-card ending, this Bank Holiday recital puts through its paces the new Ruffati organ of Buckfast Abbey. Colours and effects unique to this instrument will be showcased along with its antiphonal capabilities between West and East divisions. The programme also exhibits the instrument’s capacity and suitability for the organ repertoire as well as its symphonic versatility and colour.
